Adrian guides in the
Lynx and Gazelle of "The Blue Eagles." In fact,
the entire display team had been due in but, that old enemy of
air shows large and small - Low cloud base - had ruled out the
full team display. We knew however, that the two singletons would
give an excellent account of themselves and indeed they did. |

| Where are all the people I hear you ask? - Well, take a tip from a photographer that has proved the following theory to be correct time after time. If you wish to photograph gardens, vintage vehicles, steam trains or aircraft at your own pace, then do it at lunchtime. |

and I had the airfield to ourselves for the best part of an hour
and as a result I was in the perfect position to record the arrival
of our very last visitor of the day - A Gazelle in classic red
and white livery |
