It's all change on the racing front here in East Garston.   Stan Moore has moved out of Parsonage Farm Stables and re-located a few miles down the road in Upper Lambourn. Stan takes over the historic yard of "Uplands" which, as most of you will know, was previously the home of Legendary trainer, Fred Winter. Fred trained the winner of the Grand National twice, the gold cup once, and the Champion Hurdle three times.  We wish Stan and Sarah the very best of luck for the future and lets hope that they can go on to match or even beat Fred's achievements.
Pat Murphy has left the yard at Mabberlys and moved into Glebe House Stables, a new, purpose built complex in School Lane.  We wish good luck to Pat and his stable team who have already made a good start from their new base

The Creighton family have moved into Mabberlys bringing forty plus horses from Mijas in Spain. After this sojurn in the sun their horses should be well familiar with the high temperatures we've had in East Garston during these summer months. We wish the Creighton family good fortune and extend a very warm welcome to all who are now resident in Mabberlys Racing stables.
