The annual Remembrance Service at the War Memorial this year took place on the 10th of November.

This year the Village Hall and Social Club held a fun evening based loosely around Guy Fawkes and Halloween.  It was an unusually warm evening for November, so warm in fact that someone suggested we should have held an outdoor BBQ - the weather being better than that of the summer dance earlier in the year.

Alan and Ray controlled the colourful display and as you can clearly see they did us proud.  An appreciative audience made all the right noises and rapturous applause was the order of the day at the finale
